It was just a fine choice for getting around area in Jacksonville with good value considering price it charged. The manager Walter treated me like an old friend when I returned, which was a lovely touch. Just be sure to check the area if you're feeling uneasy about security.

The location was convenient, especially for accessing the port, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the room had a persistent unpleasant odor, and the cleanliness was questionable, especially the bathtub that didn't drain properly. Safety was a concern as well, given the surroundings which felt questionable at times.

during my stay, I loved that I could stroll to the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, which is just about 3.5 km away, and I also enjoyed the nearby Turner Pond, perfect for a peaceful walk.

Excellent place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I remember when the staff helped me retrieve my forgotten earpods. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely be back for Easter.

It’s a shame because the location is convenient, but the neglected maintenance was hard to overlook.

I liked the early check-in and convenience to the port. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pet-friendly policy was a major plus for us. The coffee was available all day. It was a decent stay.

the first room had a broken window and I felt unsafe. but the staff was super friendly! and the bed was comfortable with soft linens. the location was also near a lot of eateries!
